I graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physiotherapy from the University of Manitoba in 2000. I am a Certified Pelvic Floor therapist and have worked in the field of pelvic health for over 20 years working with women, men, youth, children and transgender clients.
I have completed extensive post-graduate training completing Level 4 visceral manipulation, the Level 3 Barnes Myofascial release program, Level 2 cranial sacral therapy, Level 1 Hypopressive training, and prenatal and postnatal education. I have also completed training in cervical, endometrial, ovarian, and breast cancer rehabilitation.
I have been a Pilates instructor for over 15 years, teaching beginner level to intermediate classes as well as cancer recovery rehabilitation classes.
My mission is to provide treatment that empowers and heals by combining the best scientific knowledge with clinical experience in a caring, confidential, and respectful manner.
I take a whole-body approach to treatment and use a combination of all my training to provide the best care for my clients. I focus on my clients’ goals and provide them with all the necessary tools to achieve better health.
